Undergraduate Student Success Scholarships
Frequently Asked Questions
You’ve been invited to earn micro-scholarships on RaiseMe from the college where you’re enrolled! Here’s what you need to know:
Getting started
You will receive an email from RaiseMe, and likely from your college, to claim your RaiseMe account and join your college’s Student Success Scholarship program, offered in partnership with RaiseMe. You will create a profile using your college email address and, once registered, will see a range of activities you can complete for micro-scholarship dollars.
How it works
Earn micro-scholarships by completing the activities (for example, meeting with an advisor) and recording them in your RaiseMe account.
The money you earn on RaiseMe will be applied to future tuition costs, so it pays to check in often and take advantage of the full range of earning activities. You’ll get messages from RaiseMe over time about your micro-scholarships and their deadlines, so be sure to check those emails and sign back into your account.
About the program
Your college designed their Student Success Scholarship program as a way for selected students to earn additional financial aid for activities that support you on your path to a degree and help you get the most out of college, both academically and socially.
Beyond supporting your academic journey, your college partnered with RaiseMe to make your education as affordable as possible. These scholarships are intended to take some of the stress off of financial planning so you can enjoy your college experience.
More about RaiseMe
RaiseMe is a web-based service that’s helped millions of students earn scholarships for college. Your college has partnered with the RaiseMe team to offer a new way for current college students to earn micro-scholarships. Your account with RaiseMe will be the place you can go to track the activities you complete and the amount of micro-scholarship money you’ve earned over time.
I’ve used RaiseMe before. How is a Student Success Scholarship program different?
Some of you may have used RaiseMe in high school to earn micro-scholarships for college. Thanks for involving us in your college-going journey! We’re excited to be able to support this next phase of your educational career.
Unlike the micro-scholarships you earned before from different colleges, in the Student Success Scholarship program, you are earning micro-scholarships exclusively from your college for the actions you take as an undergraduate. This is extra money that is added on top of your current financial aid package, which is why the activities and scholarship amounts may be different from what you remember from high school.
Be sure to sign back into your RaiseMe account using your college email address to ensure that you’re accessing the current Student Success Scholarship program.
